A little lengthy but no fault of Collection etc.
On one of my orders to Collections, The items was too large so I needed the smaller size. I called Collections to get a Return label to send the item back, and they sent the label to my email address, so the. I could just wrap the item up and,drop it in a mailbox or post office and send out...It wa either this way to which a$7.99 charge, restocking fee plus or send it our myself and pay postage fro my end. I was in a rush at day so sending it back for an exchange of sizes was easier than standing in one at the post office to mail out.
