Nor fair that I buy so often but can not use 5 dollar off coupon with 2.99 shipping

I receive catalogs and prefer to shop from them, but I thought this would be faster. I like your products.

I am very satisfy with most of my purchases from Collection Etc.

When ordering on a no shipping order I was asked to sign up for emails. I reestablished that sign up and was sent a 15% off for ordering50.00. I tried to submit that promo code and was told only one allowed. I can understand that concept, but not when you offer it to me while I am already ordering, you should honor what you offer.

I can depend on Collections mdse. Most of the time.

Easy to navigate. Products are good quality for low prices.

I had a problem with one of the items I ordered and received but I returned it and hopefully I will get credit or refunded.I am waiting for a horse fleece blanket that I ordered and was told it would be shipped out on September 26.I still have not received that item.

I enjoy shopping with Collections. The items are very unique and of good quality for the price.
