Extremely difficult to order by phone. Wait times ridiculous as well as call backs. Tracking info not clear and shipping seems to take a long time compared to other purchases I have made from TV shopping or other catalogs.

Free shipping with minimum order was good. However, then you ding me for Handling? Ridiculous! Your handling is part of your overhead and is an excuse to recoup the shiping.

As always, i am pleased with my choises!
