The quick order was very confusing. Actually did 4 orders,
Started 1- logged out- completed 2 couldn't figure out where the "PLACE ORDER " BUTTON WAS-3 completed regular form, clicked back and it cancelled my order [my fault safety issue,]- Did regular form to complete my order! Have 0rdered before with you, so I know I will be happy with products!< HAVE RETURNED DUPLICATE ORDER SO A REFUND OF $55.12 CAN BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT!
I ordered a seat cushion which was extremely hard...not as described in catalog. I also ordered a holiday utensil holder, which had a chip on one of the holders. The package came in a very timely manner and I have returned the items I was not happy with, exchanging them for similar items. Haven't received the new order yet.
