I can hardly wait to start decorating for Christmas. I have so many beautiful things that I purchased. I'm so EXCITED.

Had to order on line as the person who answered the phone was far from polite. Long periods of silence and then re-asked the question. Seem to have no interest in taking my order.

I wanted the piece last Halloween and you sold out. Glad to see it again and when I did I ordered it with fast shipping in time for Halloween this year. Thanks.

I had a problem with my order. I received a damaged lamp where the glass was broken. I called customer service and they promptly took care of the problem by sending a replacement. I had received the new items within a couple of weeks. I'm very pleased.

Website very slow to respond. I could not load product into cart had to go to catalog quick order to finally get into cart. Very time consuming.
