I thought this product was something else, however, after changing the white rope for black zip line made it pop and I loved it.

Only issue is the sales are almost always out of STOCK

The 2 quilts smelled musty and moldy. Had to throw them in the wash immediately. That was very disappointing.

Shipping should happen sooner. It is a longer time between order and shipping than most businesses I order from.

The online site is easy to use and my item was delivered when promised. I do have one item on backorder for shipping in early July.

The night table that I purchased was what I expected. It was sent in a timely fashioned. I would purchase it again from Collections, etc.

I tryed to remove one of my orders because it said it might not be able to back order, I had to cancel everything and redo the order 2x before it would take it off

My personal experience was great, had no issues what so ever in ordering or receiving my items. Im very satisfied with my selection along with my end product. I can't wait to put them out and enjoy them while I sit and relax by my pool. :) love them
