I like shopping Collections.com. Always interesting items but like anywhere else, the quality isn't always the greatest. Don't like the material of the curtains I just bought; more like outdoor flags. But they will do for one season.

I gave it 4 stars because of the handling fee. If you give your customer free shipping it defeats the purpose. Also, the one curtain had missing hooks on it. I did not open the tree cat up yet, that is a gift. I'm hoping it's nice. Overall, my experience was nice.
I order all the time but still having an issue with one order from May 15th. Customer Service said they were re-sending. Waiting.
Easy to get ahold of customer service however I needed to return my product and once it was received back into collections Warehouse it's still taking way too long to get my refund. They said it will take another five to seven business days. During this time of financial distress due to covid-19 it's way too long for me to be using collections to be waiting to get my refund.
I haven't received all of my order yet which I'm not to happy with but everything else was satisfactory

Their products have been very nice, packaged carefully, etc. However, I find when told a particular item
Cannot ship due to no longer available, that item may still appear in their catalog. Sometimes unsure if I will not receive at all or it may be just back ordered. Note: this has not happened that often, just a bit unclear.

The birds that I ordered did not fit on the stakes correctly, as they keep falling off. With packing and shipping, it's not worth sending them back!
