My experience with Collections has been very good for the most part. There has been a few times over the years that I have not been satisfied with a product or customer service.
Collections seems to be a company that believes in service and customer satisfaction. They replaced an item that was missing a part promptly and without requiring I send the original item back. No hassles! I like all of the metal yard stakes I've ordered for Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, the ones with LED lights require unscrewing the battery compartment in order to insert batteries and no tiny screw driver is provided. Too much trouble to even try! Happily, the items are still very cute and decorative and I don't miss the lights.
Shopping was easy especially because I have your catalog.

Love that catalog but for the second time my item came in missing a necessary piece. Your "customer service" would do nothing to fix it but would give me a $5 coupon. I won't be using it.

I am a long time customer of Collectionsetc.com. I can find all kinds of goodies her. The quality is better than the price would indicate, & they have some great stuff I don't find anywhere else. I am an avid gardener & think I have collected all their gnomes & a lot of garden stakes/trellises.
