Website is one of the better ones I've seen; but I was very disappointed with the product, esp the wool hat -- part that covers the neck is very short; I gave it to the Salvation Army. Will think three times before I order again.

Somehow tonight, once I clicked the cart, the price changed and increased $2. Sort of weird. So I logged out,called customer service and then tried to order again and this time, the sale/member price did come up. YAY!
The prices are reasonable and saw things not in other catalogs.
