Site is easy to follow. Buying this as a gift for my mother.

We really like the lighted snowman curtain. It took alittle bit to put together.

Everything is great but when I called about the extra $20.00 rebate I got someone that had a horrible accent and could not understand her.

It was easy to place an order on-line. It was delivered quickly and the postman handled it with care, making sure that I received the package left at the front door.

I have always found the items from collectionsetc to be satisfying for my need and budget. In all my years I have received my orders promptly. I had only one mishap and they immediately sent me a replacement. Obviously, the products are of very good quality for the price.

It was nice but not as nice and full as it looked in the magazine picture.

I had a problem using my credit card last time I ordered from you folks an when I tried to call in my order they said I couldn't get the items I ordered for the sale price. Bad Business. If I got the Email I should be able to order on line or over the phone and still get the sale price.
