I loved most of the items. I have made several purchases, but a couple of items seemed a little "cheap". I know that the price was low, but the quality was not very good either, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The bells are nice heavy ceramic - with chains instead of thread/fishing line. Should last a long time. Packed well and arrived quickly.

Collectionsetc was unable to process my payment through PalPal. Multiple other transactions were completed using PayPal with other vendors - no issues. No issues with credit limit. Required a phone call to customer service where they used an alternate payment source -- indicated they were not able to try to process the Paypal payment again.

Received in a timely manner andappreciate the quality products

Order form is difficult--compared to other companies.
