I have ordered quite a few table runners and toppers from here. I have never been disappointed.
I don't see where my 10% discount membership is applied. I have free shipping but there is a processing fee for 2.25 that I never paid before, I don't think. Is that beside the shipping fee when it is charged? I just didn't have an easy time ordering. Everytime I tried something it either changed the total cost or it seemed to increase each time I tried correcting. Generally I am very satisfied with your company. Just a bad day I guess.
PS. One of the items I ordered went on sale just a few days later. A little disappointed.
