I called to inform you that I was missing an item. I was told that my missing item will be sent and I should receive it in 5 to 7 days. My original order was placed on11/12/15 and was just received on 12/3/15. Not satisfied at all with my shopping experience.

Really enjoy shopping from your catalogs. With a few exceptions, I've always liked the quality of items and customer service has been receptive when I've had a problem.
Great and easy experience
Order came quickly. Clothing shrunk significantly but was prepared by ordering oversize. Prices reasonable. Half price shipping deal made shipping more reasonable. Overall happy.
