I ordered 2 rugs in different sizes, snow boots for my husband, and a pet bid protector. I received the bed protector, 3 rugs (all of the bigger size), no small rug, and no boots. When I called I was told that they would send me a return label and would send me the (smaller) rug and boots upon receipt of the 2 larger rugs. When I said that this error was not my fault, my husband needs the boots, and we should not have to wait for the correct merchandise, the customer service rep said she would have the (correct) rug and boots sent. In the end we did receive the correct merchandise but I'm a bit upset that if I had not said anything we would have had to wait for the correct merchandise upon their receipt of the incorrect merchandise and this was Collections, etc.'s mistake.
My shopping experience has been great.I really like the prices and the merchandise is great.
