You have great prices and products and it was easy to find exactly what I wanted.

Usually my shopping experience is very good but the last time I ordered the solar gargoyle was on back order. When something is on backorder for more than a week collections etc. should give free shipping on the back ordered items.

Easy to order and nicely priced.

I ordered the fingerless gloves, 3 pairs actually. I have worn the ladies grey pair3 times while on my computer. The thumb on the left hand is already coming undone. I can't even get them fixed! I will not buy any clothes items again. I am Leary now as I gave 2 pairs of gloves as gifts.
Also the stars about ratings are rigged to give higher praise.

One item I was going to order did not come up with the sale price like in the catalog so I didn't order it.

Then later I saw that it was on sale. The website prices didn't match the catalog prices.

The one thing I would like to see with Collections is that they group "like" things together.

I love the catalog!. The items are nicely displayed and the prices can't be beat. I will definitely browse the catalog again when I need tasteful items for family and friends.

Good overall...I will return again and if services are consistent I will happily raise my ratings.
