Easy shopping
I have always been very happy w/ collections but this past Christmas I ordered a baby's first ornament and the word Christmas was spelled wrong...it said Chritmas and was sloppy writing...i called about it and the girl told me that you could not send me another one or send me my money back of over $12 w/ ship/hand...i even sent a picture of the misspelled word on the ornament to Collections and never received anything for it. With that i was very displeased!
