Shopping was fast. No problems. I received an email stating the products were on backorder until Aug. 2lst and if I did not respond, my order would be canceled. So I did nothing because summer is almost over and I didn't want them then. Now, today June 12, I received the complete order. I am happy with the products I received.

I bought curtains for my dining room. They ended up being a bit short but I'm keeping them anyway. I placed the order and it took one week to ship. When it shipped I was provided a tracking number but the tracking number didn't show any progress for another week. This was very frustrating. Overall my experience with this purchase was fine. The only thing I feel needs work is the shipping procedures.
There are a few items that are solar powered that don't always work, and one of my items that were a set of six, only 5 came
Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience. However, once I ordered the products they became backordered but I received them before the new shipping date quoted. My main issue was the package was left out in the rain by mail carrier and the box fell apart when I picked it up. I realize that is not your problem but I wanted you to know that they just left in the rain without trying to cover it. Nothing I ordered was damaged - just the box.
The toe pads really help. Thanks
Item i really wanted sold in my size, recevd item they were too big, I have a problem with sending it back to get a smaller size, cause it took to long to receive
