I received my order, but one item in that order had been mislabeled. I called and explained this to customer service and was sent the correct item in place of the incorrect one. This was handled easily and overall I was very satisfied with the results.

I ordered the praying bears. The bears were adorable and well made. My only disappointment was
The recording of the prayer. The prayer of "Now I Lay Me Down To SLeep, I Pray The Lord My Soul
To Keep" was not clear, but I could make it out. The rest of the verse I could hardly make out.
But, with the children so young, they will enjoy the cute bears and the first part of the prayer.

I would have liked to have a 1 800 number to talk to a real person.
