Packaging could be a little sturdier. Fortunately the contents were not breakable, but the box was crushed. Not sure who is responsible - Collections, Etc. or the shipper.

The items are adequate for a couple, but tend to be flimsy at times (furniture covers, rugs).

Adding a processing fee and shipping charges seems excessive. The 15% first time discount is bogus as I could not receive the half off shipping special. My real savings was only $2.00
