Took way too long. Delivery date kept changing. Couldn't understand customer service person, she didn't seem to understand me.

Love this company!

Not quite the quality that I had expected

I have several solar items that do not work and asked customer service to mail me a return label which I still have not received! Do not understand WHY you would not allow me to speak with someone! Rediculous

Will continue to shop here.

Had what I wanted.

This order was just what I wanted and expected. The entire process was very well conducted and in a timely manner.

I ordered this on 5/23 not shipped till 5/31. I received it on 6/12/20. I have never faced this time period to received the items I ordered. I probably will not order for awhile, because fedex dropped it over at the post office yet just before our mail carrier came our Fed Ex Driver went by our home. Don't understand why the postal service was used for Fed Ex. I recommend using UPS.

Took longer than expected for shipping to be started but once notified that items were shipped they are arrived in reasonable time and good condition
