Shipping was slow

I like all the products I have bought I never had any problems this is my favorite catalog to shop from

Smooth transaction have order before.

Wish the shipping was faster, but love the products. And sad when I want to reorder something it's no longer available

Your timeframe for shipping is ridiculous. You take too long for it to leave your warehouse and then way too long to receive it. This happens all the time. Not sure why I continue to shop with you.

I ordered pink shams and received blue and said I could not change just to send back. So I ordered the pink
Separately. I decided to keep the blue and am waiting for the pink ones and was told they are on back
Order. The order was put in wrong the first time. Products were good that I did get.
