I used the quick order & it was very easy. I like that. However, lately some of the products I purchased from you have been defective. I don't know where you are getting your merchandise from, but I can't remember ever getting so many defective products like this before. I have been a customer of yours for many years & find that I am not happy with too many of the products I have purchased from you lately. I think you need to find another company to deal with or you may lose some of your loyal customers. I recently purchased some solar candle lights & they are out more than they are on. I will not ever purchase these kind of lights from you ever again. Lately I have been very disappointed with my purchases from you.

I had a very difficult time at the check out. It said I did not have the correct password. I tried to get a new password many times, but I never got an e-mail to re-set it.
The hat I ordered smells like it came out of the sewer! In the rubbish it went!
