Wish you had more promotions with free shipping. It's the shipping cost that stops me from buying from you more often.
I have used your on line ordering system several times in the past but this time was terrible. One of the items I ordered said it was in stock but them was not and cancelled by your company. My credit card was charged for the full amount that day I ordered my items but then found out several days later that it had changed due to item not being shipped. The first conformation I received said my order was being shipped on 12/1/15 and would rec. It by 12/5/15. Then after checking several times and could not locate a tracking # if found out it had not even been sent. Now my credit card was being changed to show the credit for the item not sent and the new amount being charged but still no tracking #. Finally on 12/7/15 it showed it was finally being sent and arrived on 12/11/15. I like your company for my grandson and shopping on line for him is a better way for me but after this I will rethink the process.
