Loved the Star Shower we got the first time, so we ordered another one. The second one worked fine for a week or two but then the red light cut out & we sent it back.

The site was easy to maneuver and I found what I wanted quickly and easily. The items I received are more beautiful then they were shown online, or in a book. I am very, very pleased with what I purchased! The check-out process was just as easy as Collectionsetc.com uses Paypal, as well, as credit cards. My experience was faster and easier then I expected it to be. I will be back to Collections Etc to buy again.

I felt like the dog pajama's were made out of cheap material.

Normally I receive everything on time but this shipment took extra long. It was the way it was shipped. It showed it was to be delivered on Friday first, then pending, then Monday, then changed to Wednesday. I know it's the Xmas rush but I think you need to check into this.

Received everything I ordered relatively quick and in great condition.

Difficult obtaining the free shipping offer.

Website easy to use as I was first time customer. Afghans were reasonable price for quality of material. I saw some very minor flaws but nothing major.
