I have been ordering with your company for years. This is the first time I am very unhappy. I placed an order. The next day I received an email that my credit card did not go through. I called the number in that email. I spoke with someone. She put the card through again and it was okay. However, she must have duplicated the order and I received two of the same orders. Things happen and I am not upset about what I just described. When I called on Saturday, 12/12/15, I spoke to two of the nastiest and belligerent customer service reps. From this point forward, if I have to speak to someone there, I will insist upon speaking to an American and not a rude foreigner.
