The clock ticks extremely loud. As an older shopper I needed better instructions on how to shop on line. I wadded through the process but had a lot of difficulty getting the job done. Your seasonal help was not that good at steering me in the right direction. When I was lucky enough to get a veteran associate, she was very helpful in helping me know what I had done wrong.
I did not know how to use my Green and Gold discount. I thought once I registered the system would apply my discount automatically. Now I know I have to log in every time before I place an order. There isn't anything else I want right now. I hope I will remember to do this in a few months when I check back with you to see what I can use at that point in time.
I found you company difficult to do business with. Probably my age showing. Very frustrating to say the least.

I was satisfied with what I bought, only there is no option for a partial order which mine was. And when I ordered the product said in stock and when my order was shipped I was notified that the three ceramic baking dishes are now on back order and will not be shipped until late January. That was disappointing since this was a Christmas gift..

When I first accessed the website, I was unable to use the item numbers from the mailing catalogue in the search box. I was forced to use the 'quick-order' box. Didn't give a very secure feeling.
