The site was easy to use and most products were still available. Unfortunately, the shipping wasn't as smooth. I had several packages shipped this year some UPS and some FedEx. The UPS all arrived earlier than projected. The Collections package arrived a week later than projected and my other FedEx package still has not arrived from another company. The only thing that would make me think twice about ordering from Collections in the future would be your shipping method. FedEx to USPS was not successful this year in my experience.
Everything has come and l had an easy time ordering the things that I wanted!
Everything I ordered was delivered in great condition and items that were back-ordered have all arrived within the back-order time frame. I am a great fan of Collections Etc.

I am very happy with my order. The Santa and Mrs. Claus are very adorable. They fit perfectly with any Christmas décor.The stained glass cardinal lamp is very beautiful. The floral sleigh is pretty and fits well with Christmas décor. Overall I am very pleased with all of my order.

The Chinese made solar lights would not work. When they did they were backwards from what they were supposed to be. Terrible junk. I did get a fast refund which was very nice. Also the star for the treetop was another Chinese junk very small.
