I've shopped with Collections Etc for several years and while 99% of the time everything is perfect, occasionally I have found an item or two that were broken or not complete. I never returned them because I hate to do that and besides that your things are very well priced so it was no big deal.

No problems. I wasn't expecting the product till after Christmas. Being on back order and out of stock everywhere I was suprised to be notified of the shipping date. Product arrived before Christmas and I immediately hooked it up and it works just fine.
