Items not up to my standard

I do not like feeling tricked. Get a coupon as a first time shopper but then free shipping does not apply. What kind of a welcome is that? So free shipping was better, but a processing fee was then added!

Purchase was fast and easy. However, when a product requires assembly I expect instructions or at least a diagram to be included for those of us who lack the knowledge/ability to "figure it out".
