As always, I look forward to receiving my Collections Etc. order and using the products. Of the four items I purchased, I'm very pleased with three of them. I purchased the love seat cover with the rustic moose scene for a male friend and its perfect for his decor. I had to use the snowblower gloves yesterday and they kept my hands warm for the entire hour I was out there. I love the outdoor thermometer and check it as soon as I rise in the morning. My only issue is the zipper on my boots which get stuck, but seem to be sliding better the more they are used.

My son was very, very happy when he opened the red flashlight bat. Neither of us had ever seen one before. It is great for inside (when the power fails) or for your car, truck, boat or RV. I will definitely be ordering more. It came very quickly also. Happy, happy, happy.

It is disappointing that offers are presented (free shipping, 15% off first time customer, etc) but I was only able to choose one offer. I understand it reads in the catalog "may not be combined with any other offer..." however, if I were able to use both promo codes as a first time customer, you would have had a REPEAT customer. The clothing items are gifts, so I made my best guess on the sizes and hope they fit so I don't have to return them. Totally my fault for not looking first, but I just read the return policy that says "additional shipping and handling charges are not refundable." If they have to be returned or exchanged using the free shipping promo code will have been a total waste. Guess I should have paid closer attention before I finished the order.
I ordered a queen size for my bed and it was to short and not wide enough for my queen size bed. I liked the spread, but was to small.
The person I spoke to taking my order was very polite. What I ordered came exactly on time!
