I've always enjoyed your products I"ve had a hard time finding the 64" length curtains for my living room and finally founf them at collections! I am very happy!
I never found out that one of the items I ordered is on back order until I got my package. This would have changed my decision of having it for a Christmas gift had I known sooner. Now it's going to be two months late. I think if an item is not available when ordered, the customer should be notified immediately. I'm very hesitant to order from your company again.
I order from collections quite often and am almost always pleased with my purchases. This order was a reorder of something I bought and wanted to get a second one for a friend who enjoyed it very much. Thank you for your services.
Site stated new customers get 15% off also said orders over $40 ship free. The pre checkout screen confirmed this however the final checkout did not allow the free shipping. Call and was told they would not honor their free shipping. Based of the internet review of 2.5 of 5 I can understand why they would not care or be interested in backing up their own advertisement. It is my opinion that with so many places to shop why would anyone want to shop at collections etc.?

I started by looking for a holiday comforter and ended up redecorating my entire bedroom. Really love the items I purchased. The quality, for the price, is excellent. Redecorating my bedroom has not cost me nearly as much as if I'd purchased the items elsewhere. I'm very please with my purchases from collections etc. and plan to do more shopping as needed.
