Most of the merchandise is borderline substandard, and is barely worth the clearance price, never mind the regular price. I will not shop from here again, and will take my name off their mailing list as well. The only thing I can give them high marks for is their customer service for an item ordered that was not received; it was taken care of promptly and courteously, and I would assign 4 stars for that alone.

I have purchased many items from Collection Etc. My favorite purchases are the quilts. They are gorgeous and when on sale a great bargain. Overall, the prices are very reasonable as well as the shipping cost. I really like the option to join the yearly club for a 10% discount on items.
