The only problem I had was on my first order I had a code for 10% off my entire order and I was suppose to get free shipping. I was charged 9.99 for shipping when I called I was told free shipping was a code and I was only able to use one code at a time. I told him the site did not day free shipping was a code and since I was buying for the first time I did not know only one code per order I also told him my discount was less than free shipping so why would I pick a discount when I could have picked free shipping. I got no where with him He was suppose to have it reviewed but I never got an answer nor did I receive a credit for shipping.

I was very satisfied with my order but was a bit disappointed when one item I ordered for stocking stuffers came up on back order. I did not remember seeing that when I ordered it. I am however happy with everything and am now just 1 step further for this years stocking stuffers. I will continue ordering from Collections.com
