Excellent Customer Service. I was having a problem with a Christmas item (The Kissing Santa with the Solar lights) I bought in late September. I called customer service on December 21st because the solar lights was not working. The customer representative Katherine helpful,l she recommended I change the solar battery and even gave me the model # of the battery. I just want her to know I did replace the battery but the light only work for a while.
