Easy to navigate website, first-time discount was nice, processing fee seems redundant because when you offer to "sell" items it stands to reason that you have to "process" the order...I would hide that "fee" in your prices instead of adding it on top of the shipping fees.

The rugs I ordered for my mother are a great color and she really likes them. However, because they very easily curl up around the edges we are going to have to ship them back. They are a tripping hazard to her.
