Items were missing from my shipment, customer service was excellent over the phone & I received the missing items in good time frame.

Only thing is that I was disappointed I couldn't find valances to go with comforter. Must be out of stock!

I ordered a Star Wars item in a metal box and when it arrived it was dented. I need to return it. All the items I ordered were in a large box and must have shifted around a lot because they were not securely packed.

Disappointed to find out that I received a 15% off when I submitted my email, but then I didn't receive Free Shipping. Doesn't seem right.

Still agree with my above comment. You offered me the discount when I gave you my email, but then wouldn't give me free shipping, even though I had a large order.

I've always been satisfied with the merchandise.
