I was unhappy about the rebate offered and when I called about it, I told her I did not want it and she tried to pressure me. I hate it when someone pressures.

The only problem I found was the curtain for the door, it was to small, but that is my fault. I didn't measure the window before I sent for it because of having an older home I just took size for granted. Be sure to measure before ordering!
