I LOVE Collections ETC! Good quality items. Excellent Customer Service. Fast shipping!...you just said it all!

It was quick and easy. The product supports my back, but even with a t-shirt and then the back support over the t-shirt, I still get red marks under my arms. I still will wear it when I am lifting things slightly heavy so it protect my back from strain. I will address the red marks afterwards with a little bit of Bacitracin.

It is too hard to find the items I want to order. Judging by the ratings, many customers think the products are inferior. I think the shipping rates are too high.

The last shipping order was suppose to have 2 of the adult coloring set of pencils, paint etc but the envelope only had 1 in it. I called customer service and they were very helpful and researched the order and had the second one sent out quickly. I have been ordering for years and plan to continue. I enjoy the wide selection of items.

I ordered a coat and gloves. I've only received the gloves. The coast was back ordered and estimated ship date was 1/22. I have not received the coast or any information regarding the coat. I haven't been charged for the coat
