I had trouble entering 2 different codes for free shipping. They said expired but according to the emails, one was good to 22nd & other 23rd.
I had to add another item to go to $45 when I should have gotten free shipping at $40.

Some items would not go into the cart by clicking that button; I had to put them on my wish list first and send them to the cart from there. Kind of frustrating!
One of the items was received in damaged condition ("Last Supper" ceramic piece was well-wrapped, nevertheless small parts were missing, like hands). When I went online I filled out a form to receive a return slip, but it was never received.
