It was extremely irritating because the website was not working properly. I had to click sometimes over and over to advance to the next page. The shipping was horrible for this order. FedEx's part of the shipping process was fine but the US Post Office really dropped the ball with this order. I was notified that the package was out for delivery at 9:46 a.m. on Tuesday February 2nd. I waited all day until 10:00 p.m. for it. It was finally delivered on Wednesday February 3rd at 12:02 p.m.

I have been satisfied with all the products I have purchased from Collections, Etc. They are of good quality without beinh high priced.
The 3 sectioned fry pan is a piece of junk, not worth $9.99. Very disappointed. Its not only tinny, but its not non stick, and like a thin piece of metal. The turban is not as pictured, and its very tight on the head. Another big disappointment. I would like to return those items, but I dont think I should pay to do that as items were not the look and value they appeared in your catalog. I would like to receive a shipping label from you to return those items at your expense. This would be very much appreciated.

Everything is great. The order was easy to track and arrived fast. My only criticism would be that I wish there was a stake to hold the pheasant garden ornament in the ground. I will get one locally though, so it's not a big deal.
