1) Wall lights were not as bright as I thought they should have been. Maybe more LED lights can be added.
2) Cushion did not provide any "Boost". When sat on, it just flatten out.
3) The Eagle Touch Lamp looked nice online, but, when I tried to assemble it, the glass panels did not sit at the same height & they were somewhat askew. Some of the metal tabs at the bottom were bent from the way it was packed & one of the top holders seem to be soldered off centered from the main ring at the top.

Wanted to add matching curtain to my comforter set order with free shipping. Next day I called listed phone number and explained to rep I wanted to add to my original order and she said no problem and gave me new balance and I said OK thanks. After I hung up I realized she had charged me for single item plus shipping charges, so I called back and explained to another rep this new item was to be added on to original order, so it would be shipped free. She looked over order number and told a mistake had been made and I should not have been charged shipping and removed it from my balance. It was no big deal and I did appreciate both reps customer service treatment. I did have a couple of concerns, I was never sent any confirmation on additional order, which did ship separately and when comforter set came with 4 items in a large box...the box was half crushed & wide open on one side. Carrier left message that is how it was received and items may be missing. HAPPY ENDING...all items were received and in good condition and look beautiful in my spare bedroom. I did contact customer service and make them aware of this.
