I really don't like the brush I have tried it twice and it doesn't work that well on my hair I still have to use the flat iron to straighten my hair

One of the "slice" rugs I ordered has a pull in it. However by using a crochet hook I was able to pull it through to the back. Shouldn't affect the use of the rug.

Been shopping with Collection etc for years. Always satisfied.

I am not happy that there was a "processing fee" attached to my order. Processing is a cost of doing business for a mail order company, and those costs should be included in the price of the items being sold. Adding to the cost at checkout is sneaky.

You need to update your info on the web site. Several times it said a particular item was out of stock and now it says it is in stock. Very confusing.

I've never had a problem with my orders or the products I have received.
