I was surprised to have a processing fee at checkout, especially since I was getting free shipping. I don't encounter this on other sites when free shipping is available.

No buyer should have to pay shipping as well as a handling fee.

You might have mentioned up front that there would be a processing fee. Also, I got emails every day from you but every one was different and it was very difficult to go back and find the merchandise I wanted to order.

I was only going to order a few things for St. Patrick's Day but then I saw Clearance items so I ordered a few of them too. I wish you had more cat items! I liked the patriotic dog but I would have liked a cat instead! (And I've been looking for cat holiday items but you don't have St. Patrick's Day or patriotic!)
