It took a little longer than expected but I'm good with my order.
No issue with customer service or the product but with delivery. My packaged had been opened when FedEx delivered it and then taped shut. I am missing an item from my order. Called customer service to report missing item. I am now showing an additional pending charge on my credit card for this item and want to know why? I have contacted my bank to dispute this unauthorized charge. This is my first order with you as well as my last!
