Ordered on 6/9, didn't receive the order until 6/25. Way too long!

The solar panel circuit board over-glued on boy/girl statue - light did not work until my husband picked off glue. Are these items not tested before leaving the factory?

Shopping was fine. But delivery took too long.

Always find something useful from Collections, etc. I've ordered from Collections since they were the $9.99 catalog.

Wasn't quite what I had expected. Capri too long, material a little thin, however I chose not to return it because the fit was very good and I can deal with the other issues.

Great product and fast delivery

Had trouble when trying to order online the first time. I don't recall the exact problem. So I looked for this item elsewhere online and could not match the price. So I tried the collections website again and success.

I was not able to make my payment thru my tablet. It would not let me enter the expiration date.

It's easy and fast to order. I order a lot of gifts and am pleased with the products. I order garden items and have loved them all.

Not happy that I had to wait for all my items to be in stock before my order could be sent to me. As it turned out the back ordered item was back ordered again so I ended up canceling the back ordered item. I waited almost a month to get my order. Customer service was not helpful at all. No acceptable!

I love this company products you don't see anywhere else

I called to return 1 pair of pants because the color was not khaki as it said in cataloge. It was more mustard. I was told i have to pay $7 more. This is not satisfaction guarantee. When it's not my fault the color is wrong. I already paid 13.94 to ship my order. Now you want 7.oo more to return.when it says free shipping and satisfaction guarantee. This is not good business.
