I am very satisfied with this order. But I am disappointed in an order I recently made because all four items are back ordered.
Very goof.
I'm happy with the items I purchased especially the black leggings with buttons on the bottom side of each leg. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the product.
The denim skirt I ordered is nice looking but the catalog said it had crocheted details on it. When I received it in the mail the details were not actually crocheted they were a sewn pattern to look like it was crocheted. So, I am not happy with the higher price that I paid for this item due to the special feature.
Best place to buy plants on-line, they actually deliver live plants not dead sticks like the other guy's. I will be ordering more from them.
I loved the bottle wind chimes. They are nicer than the picture.
Have always had good luck with them. Unfortunatley the last order I placed I ordered 3 solar bird fence post caps. Unfortunatley one came in and didnt work. Called to get a return and order a replacement but unfortunatley you were out of them. Not their fault. Customers service said she would credit my account.

I ordered Paw Perfect nail trimmer & recieved a solar light! It has been returned.
I NEVER received the solar tiki lights. Said it was delivered but they were not. I got the other things. Please reship the lights.
I found that all my over shopping with Collections Etc have been very good and will continue to order as the need arises.
My experience was fine. And it shipped in a timely. My only disappointment was that the one piece that went with the outfit I ordered was back ordered to late July and I needed it for a wedding in mid July. Otherwise everything else was fine.
So far everything I have ordered over the years has been satisfactory to my needs. Thank you for your fast service.

Good shopping experience!
Received everything in a large box that was open with a piece of tape holding the flaps down. The tractor lawn ornament stack piece was bent. My husband straightened it out somewhat. The large spinner has 1 side broke so it doesn't spin. Customer service said they can't help because of the box being damaged during delivery. I explained that the boxes everything was packed in from the company were not damaged so it's not due to delivery. I was going to order some others after these came in but not now. I'm pretty upset because I have ordered many things without problems and the first time I do have problems I get no where. I just wanted these items replaced, I don't want the money back I want my lawn ornament to work and be as beautiful as the other 1 I bought. Thanks
The capris don't have pockets for me to carry my phone.
