Received an incorrect item (wrong color rose bush); spoke with customer service and explained that the same thing happened to me last year. They immediately submitted the correct color that my original order was supposed to be and I received the item within 5 days. I so very much appreciated the attention that was given to me in correcting my shipment. I do not often have to call customer service and get insufficiencies corrected but when I do, Collections, Etc. always handles them promptly. That is why I am still one of their very best customers!

I was missing an item but as soon as I called the girl sent it out to me. What I didn't understand is FEDEX shipping. They sent the package 43 miles from me Then sent it further south about 75 miles away. Then they send it to the post office. Crazy if you ask me but that wasn't you that did it they do it all the time. Thank you for sending the missing item right away.

If shipping is free over $45 there should not have to be a promo code and percent off codes should be allowed along with free shipping. These welcome promo codes are just a gimmick.
I always love all the country and animals... Love the moose toilet brush and toilet paper holder... I ended up buying 2 sets... I wish you would bring back some of this stuff... Years ago i bought 2 moose tables and some other hunting things. But now it seems as though you hardly carry any of this anymore...
