Easy

Shipping took longer than anticipated.

Always been an easy experience since I have an an account.

Order says no discount for sale items. Didn't get a discount on non-sale items either. Also one of legs was broken off on a piece of the mini furniture I ordered.

I wanted the 60 string solar lights, and got these instead. The rabbits kept eating the thin electrical line to the solar panel.

Great merchandise and low prices added up to a very good buy. I look forward to getting each copy of my Collections, Etc. Always new goodies!

This is second order for item because first looked so good I decided to duplicated look in another area of garden. Shipping was very prompt and items well packed.

Called Collections to make and order of daises I had received and to reorder another bunch of them. They were so pretty. Had no trouble ordering from your rep and have received the new bunch of daises and my arrangement is twice as pretty.

I have always loved Collections

I think that since the new email promo code is a one time only discount, you should be able to combine with current promotion. I feel I should have gotten 15% off (one time use only)for the email and free shipping for ordering over a certain amount.(varies on amount promo codes) that is what keeps the customers coming back

I feel the quality of some of your products is not as good as it once was. The products made in China do not seem to be well made.
