Have been happy with most of the items i ordered. There has only been a couple of items that did not work.

I had a really hard time checking out. When I clicked on "Pay with PayPal," I never got another page and then had to finally click on "Secure Checkout" and THEN select PayPal. Is this a usual outcome, or is there a temporary glitch?
