A little slow
Shopping is easy and checkout is easy. I'm somewhat disappointed in the fact that while shipping is only $2.99, there is also a processing fee. This brings my $4.99 purchase to $10.23. I can't seem to find this product anywhere else, so I'm paying this excessive price.

Always love shopping here. Please help! On one of the purchases the starfish was damaged and missing one of the legs. I searched throughout the package and the box hoping to glue the damaged leg in place. No missing part found. I have some sea treasures, but none that will fit on the decorative candle vases. They are beautiful, but I must hide the place where the missing leg goes and it messes up the whole scene I want to set out. Can you just replace the starfish? I don't need all three vases replaced just, and only, the starfish. Can you help?

One item I had ordered was faded and lacked the color shown on-line and in the catalog. Replacement item was much better and THE YOUNG LADY I DEALT WITH WAS SUPERB! I have been a loyal customer for some time and now I am even more so. You've got a good customer relations person there, hold on to her!
Wish the shipping were faster without an extra charge. 3 days to process and 7 - 10 to arrive is not good.
